3. Service
ThumbLead is online software intended for YouTube thumbnail designers and creators: channel search, prospect tracking, tools for creating and validating thumbnails, and inspiration. It can be used on a computer only. The conditions of access and subscription are set out in the Terms of Use and the Terms of Sale.
ThumbLead uses YouTube API Services. By using the features that rely on YouTube data, you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service; the Google Privacy Policy also applies.
4. Intellectual property
The code, interfaces, texts, the ThumbLead name, the logo and the databases of the Site are protected by the French Intellectual Property Code. Any reproduction or reuse without written authorisation is prohibited.
The thumbnails, channel names and other YouTube content displayed belong to their owners and are displayed from YouTube's servers. The content you upload remains your property.
5. Personal data and cookies
The processing of personal data and your rights are described in the Privacy Policy. The Site only uses trackers that are necessary for its operation or for remembering your choices, with no advertising and no audience measurement: see the Cookie Policy.
